According to different production processes,alnico magnet is divided into cast alnico magnet and sintered alnico magnet.Compared to the cast alnico magnet,the sintered alnico magnet is limited to a small size,and the resulting blank materials has a dimensional tolerance that is better than that of the cast alnico magnet,and the magnetic properties are slightly lower than the cast alnico magnet,but processability is better.

In permanent magnet material,cast alnico magnets have the lowest reversible temperature coefficient and can operate at temperatures up to 550 ℃.
