Comparison of the magnetic field produced by a single magnet with multiple poles and that produced by three magnets connected together.

1. Three shorter alnico magnets placed together with same poles touching reduce the magnetic strength by 50‑70%.

2. When 3 separate fields are induced into one cylindircal alnico magnet the flux density in the center is increased by 200% to 300%.


According to different production processes,alnico magnet is divided into cast alnico magnet and sintered alnico magnet.Compared to the cast alnico magnet,the sintered alnico magnet is limited to a small size,and the resulting blank materials has a dimensional tolerance that is better than that of the cast alnico magnet,and the magnetic properties are slightly lower than the cast alnico magnet,but processability is better.
