General rectangular electromagnetic chuck is used to hold magnetic conduction workpieces for  medium-strength grinding,it can be installed in surface grinder machine or milling machine directly.
The holding force is above 120N/cm².

Notes on the use of electromagnet

1. The Electromagnetic chuck should be supplied with rated voltage of 110 volts DC power. The rectifier and control device is already equiped in the host electrical equipment if used on grinding machine. If use alone can select sets of rectifying device directly.

2. There must be a cooling liquid under the condition of grinding,to avoid the workpieces so overheated that influence the precision of the working surface,or lead to burn out the coil.

3. The contact surface between the workpiece and the panel should not less than one pole pitch, in order to make full use of the chuck's magnetic force.

4. After the chuck fixed on the machine,should self grinding one time to ensure the accuracy. If the working surface change rough or magnetic force decreased,can self grinding the working surface to ensure that the magneitc force will not decline.
